On July 8, the company’s production base expansion project officially went into operation. This expansion added standardized factory buildings and six automated injection molding production lines, while simultaneously upgrading the raw material storage and finished product sorting areas.

After the new lines were put into use, the annual production capacity for key product categories such as storage baskets, trash bins, and root-controlling flower pots has increased to 6 million units, significantly easing the pressure of concentrated supply during peak seasons.

In terms of production management, the company has introduced batch-by-batch quality inspection and finished-product sample retention mechanisms, establishing traceable quality records from raw material receipt to finished product shipment, thereby providing customers with more comprehensive assurance for factory audits and long-term cooperation.

According to relevant officials, while expanding production capacity, the company is also optimizing its production scheduling process; currently, the standard lead time for regular-specification products can be kept within 15 working days.
