On May 16, the company’s “United in Heart, Moving Forward Together” 2026 spring outdoor team-building event was held at a suburban campsite, with all current employees participating.

The activities included several highly coordinated events such as tug-of-war, team relays, and blindfolded collaboration. Employees were randomly assigned to mixed teams across departments, enabling colleagues who rarely interacted to work side by side toward a common goal.

During the afternoon’s free-time segment, the company also organized a barbecue and an open-air sharing session, during which several long-serving employees shared stories of their personal growth alongside the company.

The company hopes that through such activities, teams can build trust in a relaxed atmosphere and carry this sense of seamless collaboration back into their daily work.
